CQC Re-inspection 25th May


Everyone at Blackthorn was pleased to see that we achieved GOOD across the board during our re-inspection.  We have all worked hard to improve on the internal processes that were brought to our attention during our first inspection in July 2016.

All General Practices is England are currently being visited by the Care Quality Commission.  Blackthorn Medical Centre received its first routine visit in November 2013 - this visit recommended some changes for implementation.  We then had a follow up visit in April 2014 which found that Blackthorn was able to demonstrate that all areas had been actioned, implemented and could be demonstrated to the CQC.
