If you wish to telephone the surgery the telephone lines are open from 8.30am until 1pm. The telephone lines are closed, except for emergencies, between 1pm and 2pm. Our telephone lines then reopen for routine calls from 2pm until 6pm.
If you require a same day appointment you will now be triaged. Please telephone inbetween 8.30am and 10.00am.
If you wish to book a routine appointment please ring after 10.00am.
For blood test and x-ray appointments please ring the surgery after 3.00pm. This will help relieve the pressure on the telephone system when it is at peak times but will also allow GPs the opportunity to have reviewed and commented on results.

If you need to speak to a doctor urgently between 8am and 8.30am, 1pm and 2pm, or 6pm and 6.30pm, please telephone 01622 725882.
After 6.30pm please telephone the free NHS 111 service.
