Our lead practice nurse Nickie is available by appointment and is able to advise on many aspects of health promotion and care. - Nickie works on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday
Sarah JG is our Practice Nurse, Sarah speciality is diabetes. Sarah works on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday
Kathryn Bristow - Advanced Nurse Pracitioner.
Kathryn working days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Community Nurses
The Community Nursing Team are now based at Foster Street and can be contacted on 01622 238925.
Community Midwife
Our Community Midwife holds Antenatal Clinics here at Blackthorn on Tuesday afternoons.
Multidisciplinary Care Team
The GPs at Blackthorn are supported by a wide range of additional clinicians who help to look after and support our most vulnerable patients. Regular MDT meetings are held to discuss those patients who require additional clinical input and care.
